We are a medium sized school situated in the Palace Fields area of Runcorn.  We are a highly motivated staff team committed to giving our children the best life chances and are passionate about fulfilling our shared vision:

“Learning and Growing Together”

Our team of staff supervise and support our children in the dinner hall and on the playground during lunchtimes.  As we continue to develop our “family dining experience” we are seeking to appoint a Mid-day Assistant to work as part of a nurturing and caring team to ensure the highest standards of provision during the lunchtime period.

Please contact Mr Paul Holloway, Principal, if you would like to know more about this post.  Visits to the school are most welcome.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Applicants should note that the successful candidate will be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.  Further information regarding the disclosure scheme can be found at

The best thing about being a student at The Heath is that all the teachers care and push you to do your best so you do well in life and later in school. Also if you have an issue it is always sorted out by either your form tutor or caring teachers.
